The Railway City Brewing Company is Now Open! We are pleased to introduce our Iron Spike Blonde Ale, Copper Ale and Amber Ale, both locally brewed, all natural, craft brewed in small batches, using only the finest ingredients with no artificial adjuncts or preservatives. The brewery operation features a 10 hectoliter system comprising of a kettle, mash tun, hot liquor tank, and 5 fermentators and a brite tank. We also have a custom kitchen on site that will enable us to custom brew small sample batches. This will enable us to create new unique brands as we continue to grow. Please stop by and visit, we would love to show you around and explain the brewing process. Samples are encouraged with every tour, so please stop in and see how we brew your favorite locally handcrafted beer. |

Bar Volo’s—Cask Days—October 17-19 Every fall for the past 4 years, Bar Volo has invited local brewers to make beer, cask conditioned beer that is. Cask beer is a traditional method of making beer that is unpasteurized without filtration. It is then fermented in and served from a cask without gas pressure. Once tapped, cask beer only has a few days to be consumed at its peak. We call these Cask Days. We are pleased to participate this year and will be offering our first ever Cask.
